Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets in the designated product lines (Rubber process oils, Base oil, Waxes, De-aromatized Solvents) while maintaining a relationship with customers.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for various products – Base Oils, Waxes, De-aromatized Solvents, etc.)
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking 
  • Set up meetings (visits) with existing and potential clients and understand their business requirements
  • Create frequent sales reports with sales and financial data


Work Experience:

2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience


Qualification:

Graduate in Chemistry (preferable) or Chemical engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to generate leads for business development of Industrial Lubricants, especially Metalworking Fluids like Cutting Oils & Coolants and Greases in assigned territory 
  • Provide Technical Service support to key customers
  • Conduct trials, arrange technical seminars
  • Prepare trial reports / case studies
  • Track competitor activities and generate market intelligence reports


Work Experience:

8 – 10 years in Technical Sales or Technical Services preferably from Lubricants or Cutting Tools


Qualification:

B.E. Mech/ Prod/ Chemical Engineering


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Respond to customers and provide after-sales support when requested.

  • Ensure all documentation with respect to bulk shipment operations, invoice making, Letter of credit (LC operations), etc. is completed accurately within the set timelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for various products such as Transformer oils, process oils, Industrial and automotive lubricants, greases, etc. in Auto, Power, Rubber, Cosmetics, Life sciences and other industries
  • Map territory to identify new customer groups (Industrial consumers and Channel partners) to market various products
  • Coordinate with the relevant Logistics/operation teams for timely delivery of products
  • Attend business meetings with potential clients, understand their business requirements, observe and learn how suitable products are offered.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking; and acquire new customers through field visits in the assigned territories.
  • Handling end to end sales operations for the assigned customers
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create periodic reports with sales and financial data
  • Generate repeat orders from existing customers by providing excellence in service.
  • Demand planning and projection
  • Must be based in the UAE or must have prior experience of working in the UAE (preferably Dubai) in a similar role (minimum 2 years of exposure in UAE)
  • Must have UAE/GCC driving license along with own car.
  • Well versed with local UAE customs regulation & import process etc.
  • Should have adequate exposure in handling B2B sales


Work Experience:

3 – 5 years of Relevant Experience


Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline with MBA (marketing) preferable


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage robust B to B sales of Speciality Lubricants in the assigned territory thus adding to overall organization revenue and performance.

  • Create sales plans after assessing market potential for speciality lubricant and share it with the Reporting Manager. 
  • Develop new business starting from lead generation to concluding the new contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Review and provide periodic sales reports with respect to Client visits, objections, opportunities, information on competitor activities, etc.
  • Participate in negotiations of contractual agreements with clients in the zone in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Customers for conducting successful product trials
  • Create sales plans after assessing market potential for speciality lubricant and share it with the Reporting Manager. 
  • Develop new business starting from lead generation to concluding the new contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Review and provide periodic sales reports with respect to Client visits, objections, opportunities, information on competitor activities, etc.
  • Participate in negotiations of contractual agreements with clients in the zone in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Customers for conducting successful product trials


Work Experience:

5 - 7 years in Industrial selling


Qualification:

Engineering Graduate (preferable)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new clients for the business vertical across the assigned territory for various products - Group – I Base Oils, Waxes, De-aromatic Solvents etc.
  • Visiting Clients and understanding requirements, give technical presentations 
  • Offering Technical & Commercial inputs to the customers 
  • Handling Key accounts and ensure their material and service needs are met.
  • Coordinating with production and planning team along with logistics and other associated staff for operations


Work Experience:

Min. 7  -10 years in a similar role


Qualification:

Graduate in Chemistry (preferable) or Chemical engineer
